Never shy of a retro release, Jordan brand is tapping into some nostalgia with the upcoming rendition of the Air Jordan 4.

Dubbed the ‘Musik’, this pair nods to the Y2K era, celebrating the music, culture, and fashion influences that helped define the early 00s.

Heralded as a legend on the court and lifestyle scene, when the Air Jordan 4 was first dreamt up by Tinker Hatfield, few could’ve predicted the grail-like status it holds today.

This year alone, Jordan Brand has delivered a flurry of game-changing collaborations and releases, including the ‘Iced Carmines’, alongside the ‘Flight Club’ addition and the return of the ‘Toro Bravos’.  The Air Jordan 4 ‘Musik’ carries that legacy into 2027 with an entirely new subcultural narrative.

Design Details:

According to @zsneakerheadz and @sneakerfiles, the pair arrives in a rather laid-back construction, with subdued tones of black and white dressing the velvet suede upper. Accents of gold add a luxurious touch to the winged overlays and tongue, while the signature ‘Nike Air’ heel logo is swapped out with ‘II’ and ‘III’ roman numerals, nodding to Jordan’s legendary ’23’ jersey number.

This gold-finished pair is yet to be confirmed, though it still sparks up excitement amongst the sneaker community, with its nostalgia, understated design, and court iconography that continues to set the pace for the sneaker industry.
