Fragment x Union x Jordan Adds a ‘Sports Royal’ Colour Up to the Air Jordan 1 High

The Fragment x Union x Air Jordan 1 High OG ‘Sport Royal' is officially on the way, and it’s everything we could’ve hoped for from this heavyweight trio.

When Hiroshi Fujiwara’s Fragment Design links up with Chris Gibbs’ Union LA and the iconic Jordan Brand, you know it’s not just a sneaker,  it’s a moment.

Design Details:

The ‘Sport Royal’ AJ1 is a wild remix of hype, heritage, and heat. Merging Fragment’s clean, high-contrast palette with Union’s deconstructed craftsmanship, this collab puts a bold spin on the OG silhouette.

The black leather upper sets the stage for hits of royal blue on the toe box, heel, and Swoosh, while a sail nylon tongue with exposed foam edges adds that retro-meets-modern vibe.

But it’s the details that really make an impression. The yellow UN/LA tag sits proudly on the eyestay, Fragment’s iconic lightning bolt logo is stamped on the lateral heel, and subtle shoutouts like ‘Chris’,’ Hiroshi’, and ‘SP26’ are etched into the midsole.

Add in Union’s signature zigzag stitching, bold black laces, and a vintage-tinted midsole, and you’ve got a grail-worthy mashup of two of the most iconic Air Jordan 1 collaborators ever.

Release Info:

The Fragment x Union x Air Jordan 1 ‘Sport Royal' is expected to drop in limited quantities via Fragment Design, Union LA, select retailers, and possibly Nike SNKRS. With all this fire packed into one release, it’s guaranteed to sell out fast.

Don’t sleep — this is more than a collab. It’s sneaker history in the making.
