How to Lace Your Nike Air Force 1s With Rope Laces: The Ultimate Guide

Rope lace your Nike Air Force 1s in 5 simple steps.

How to Lace Your Air Force Ones

Dribbling its way into our courts in the '80s as well as forming an all-new street style language, the Air Force Ones have always left an indelible mark on the way we express ourselves.

From its vibrant trail of colours to its more monotone makeups, we believe that every Air Force 1 can make a statement. And there is no better way to customise your AF1 grails than with the Crep Protect Rope Laces

That’s why we’re going to take you through the easiest way to Rope lace your Nike Air Force 1s without damaging your sneakers long term.

Step 1: Remove Your Current Laces

A clean canvas is the best way to start the lacing process.

Step 2: Grab Your Rope Laces Pack

Each pack includes a pair of rope laces along with a standard pair of round laces, known as the Quick Lace. While traditional rope lacing methods require drilling holes into your sneakers, this technique keeps them intact with a no-drilling method, so that you can always revert to any lace style in the future.

The Quick Lace is designed to be inserted through your sneaker’s eyelets, creating loops that hold the Rope Laces in place. But we’ll explain this more in step 3.

Step 3: Preparing the Quick Lace

Thread the Quick Lace into the two lowest eyelets. Make sure both lace sides are of equal length.

Take one end of the Quick Lace, loop it over, thread it underneath to the next eyelet, and reinsert it into the previous eyelet to form a clean U-shape. Repeat the same process on the other side.

Step 4: Threading the Rope Lace

Next, thread the rope lace through each of the U-shaped loops, adjusting the style to suit your preference.

Step 5: Securing the Rope Lace

Pull the quick lace tightly to secure the rope lace into place.

Our rope laces are also built with Nanotechnology, creating a hydrophobic layer that repels liquid and stains, so now you have a new lace style unlocked that delivers the ultimate protection.
