StockX and Museum of Graffiti Unveils the Art of Hip-Hop Exhibition

As many of you know, this year marks 50 years of Hip-Hop. To conclude what has been a year packed with celebrating those pivotal figures and the culture surrounding the origins of Hip-Hop, Stockx and the Museum of Graffiti have graced us with the Art of Hip-Hop Exhibition.

The Art of Hip-Hop Exhibition
Hosted in the cultural hotspot of Art Basel Beach Miami throughout December, the Art of Hip-Hop Exhibition takes you on a nostalgic journey through the archives, delivering a creative space for those marginalised artists to showcase some of their most prevalent artwork masterpieces that have shaped this rhythmic scene that we’ve grown to cherish over 5 decades.

This exhibition stems beyond US art and narrative discovery, extending its commemoration of Hip-Hop’s affiliation with graffiti culture and its demeanor to express, individualise, and break creative boundaries across the globe. Alongside the treasured murals, you’ll also discover the inner workings of various influential photographers including the likes of Martha Cooper, Matt Doyle, Lisa Leone, and many more.

But the immersive experience doesn’t stop there; as a proud sponsor of this exhibition, we will have our own outdoor sneaker-care station between 6-8th December. During this time, we will be giving away free StockX co-branded Crep Protect Starter Packs. Upon entry of our activation, every visitor will also receive a complimentary co-branded pack of sneaker cleaning wipes.

Individuals will also have an opportunity to get involved in our signature ‘cop or flop’ game where attendees have the chance to win a free pair of sneakers! If that wasn’t enticing enough, take a seat on our sneaker throne to get your sneakers expertly cleaned courtesy of the leading sneaker care brand.

StockX co-branded Sneaker wipesWith an exciting three-day exhibition packed with creativity and fresh kicks, don’t miss your chance to visit the Art of Hip-Hop Exhibition, and while you’re there, make sure to share your sneaker cleans with us on socials, using the #Crepprotect hashtag.
