Q. How many pairs can I clean with the Cure Refill?
One bottle will clean up to 100 pairs of sneakers, depending how dirty they are.

Q. Can I use any cleaning brush?
We recommend using the premium cleaning brush found in the Crep Protect Cure Kit. This brush has been specially designed to be gentle on your footwear so it won't damage the sneaker through the cleaning process. We cannot guarantee the same results with any other cleaning brushes.

Q. How long with it take my sneakers to dry?
We recommend letting them dry for 24 hours.

Pour a small amount of solution on the brush, a few drops is enough to clean your sneakers

Gently scrub the sneaker to lift dirt, marks and grime. The solution will create afoam as you scrub your sneakers

Use the microfibre cloth and leave it to try

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 service.
All aerosol products are shipped exclusively using Tracked 48 service.

We do not offer weekend delivery.

During promotional periods, dispatch times may be longer than usual.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
