When your Crep Gel runs out, simply switch to the Crep Protect Cure solution. It works the same way and is fully compatible with your Crep Protect Power Kit.

Q. How long is the warranty for Crep Protect Power?

Crep Protect Power comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Q. What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers defects in materials and technical faults in the cleaning device that occur during normal use.

Q. What isn’t covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, poor maintenance, or improper storage
• Alterations or repairs made by unauthorised individuals
• Cosmetic issues such as chips, scratches, discolouration, or abrasions that don’t affect functionality

Q. What do I need to make a warranty claim?

You’ll need a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) along with a clear description of the defect or fault.

//// 03 - Dip the brush head in water, then shake off excess.

////04 - Press the power button once for turbo speed or twice for regular speed.

////06 - Wipe away excess foam with the Microfibre Cloth provided.

////07 - Allow your sneakers to dry.

We process orders Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 service.
All aerosol products are shipped exclusively using Tracked 48 service.

We do not offer weekend delivery.

During promotional periods, dispatch times may be longer than usual.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
