We recommend you keep shoe-trees in all your shoes whenever they are not being worn

Q. How will I know if the Crep Protect Tree fits inside my shoes?

The Tree's come as one size but are adjustable to fit shoe sizes: UK 5-12 (US 6-13)

SHIPPING

We process orders Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 service.
All aerosol products are shipped exclusively using Tracked 48 service.

We do not offer weekend delivery.

During promotional periods, dispatch times may be longer than usual.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Crep Protect.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Returns are processed within 7 days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
